Book a Session

Things to know before booking a session.

I only shoot outdoor sessions at sunrise or as close to sunset as possible due to lighting purposes.  When booking an outdoor session, please choose either the first hour of sunrise or the closest time to before sunset. If you choose a time other than sunrise or sunset, I will contact via email to set another time for you and possibly date if someone else booked those times correctly on the same day. Date and time are not locked in until client fills out and resends Client Contract back via email.

An Initial fee is due at the time of booking that is nonrefundable. The fee is to cover my time with the client prior to the scheduled photo session, communicating back and forth, setting dates and times, location ideas, providing styling advice if needed, and clarifying any other questions the client may have. 

 

The remaining balance and if there are any travel fees for non-local Pueblo / Pueblo West Colorado locations will be due at the time of the session. The remaining balance covers my time traveling to and from the session, my time with you at the session and my time after, editing and uploading your photographs as well. All packages include an online gallery, your gallery will be on my website for one year. I recommend downloading it to your own device and saving it. A high-end Professional printing services is highly advised so your photographs come out the way they are intended. I do offer printing through Millers Professional Imaging if you would like to go with me. LMV Photography is not responsible for storage of your raw or edited files once the client receives their online gallery.

 

I will send you copies of the contract, terms, and conditions that will need to be signed and sent back to LMV PHOTOGRAPHY after booking a session. 

 

My Personal goal is to have your photographs fully edited and your online gallery up within a few days of your session but, to allow room for life happenings an unforeseeable event, my contract states 2 weeks from the time of the session.
